Spring Renewal....
It’s that time again! The bunnies are hopping, the crocus’s are out and the air is filled with tweeting birds! I’m off to an Easter weekend yoga retreat with the wonderful Dian Cohen and Norman Blair but wanted to write a few lines to let my subscribers know what’s coming up in the next few months.
Spring Renewal retreat with Abby Hoffmann & Pema Clark at Fishley Hall 5-7th May
There is one space up for grabs on this weekend. Enjoy 5 yoga sessions with me and Pema (as well as additional meditation sessions) delicious vegetarian/vegan food by Purple Plum Catering and the addition of Sauna Box, the mobile sauna & ice bath!
There will also be 2 massage practitioners (TBC) on site in the afternoon on the Saturday and the Sunday. These will be bookable in advance with each practitioner.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Masterclass with Abby & Michelle Bappoo 22nd April 12-3pm
At Hot Yoga Norwich. Cost £25
Join me and fellow Senior Teacher Michelle Bappoo for a 3-hour masterclass. In this session, we will break down the Primary Series (including the more challenges postures) and offer modifications and adjustments for everyone.
Private and semi private yoga.
I am running private classes on Wednesdays at my house. Book alone or with a friend. I tailor the sessions to suit you and can offer:
Restorative Yoga. Using bolsters and props to help support you through the practice. Restorative yoga is gentle and suitable for all but especially good for anyone recovering from a chronic illness (ME/Fibromyalgia etc) or who simply wants to be able to rest deeply.
Dynamic (either Ashtanga Vinyasa or Rocket)
I can create a plan to help you get started on your yoga journey and be there to support and assist you every step of the way.

I am really happy that the amazing Ella Tighe will be returning to Norwich in June. After her really successful debut workshop last year she’s back! More details to follow but for now SAVE THE DATE!
