I’ll be teaching a 40-minute Rocket Yoga session at 2pm (not 2.30pm as previously advertised) with some assistance from the lovely Olivia Bourne aka @Livtomove
Rocket is a fantastic playful practice, blending the 1st, 2nd and 3rd series of Ashtanga Vinyasa together. In this 40-minute shortened version, often called ‘Bottle Rocket’ expect some fun transitions and armbalance practice but always rooted in the breath bandha connection. I’ll offer lots of modifications so there’s always something for everyone!

19th August 2023 - Garden yoga class and light lunch!
Come and practice yoga with me in the garden! Weather permitting I’d love to invite you to my home for an outdoor yoga class (please bring your own mat). Following an invigorating vinyasa practice there will then be a light lunch (salads etc) served on the patio and a chance to chat and get to know other yogi’s.
Saturday 19th August
Yoga class 11-12.15pm
Lunch 12.30 onward
Cost. Yoga class alone £12
Yoga and Lunch £20
