Some exciting last-minute news!
I’ll be teaching at Norwich’s new cat cafe - the Cat House on Dereham Road! I’m calling it a frisky Vinyasa flow but realistically it will be whatever the cats say!…. Included in the price is a drink and lounging time with the cats. It’s truly a magical place, owner Sarah Price has put her heart and soul into it and there are some amazing cats living there, most are rescues and she has close links with the Norwich rescue cat community.
Time: 10-12pm
Cost £18 (includes 1 hour yoga 1 hour lounging and drink)
Mysa Camp classes
Really excited to be teaching at this wonderful Wellness festival. Set up originally as Equinimity, this year Lee from Norfolk Paddleboards has teamed up with MysaBar to offer Mysa Camp at the stunning Salhouse Broad. There are 3 weekends starting this Friday and I am teaching the following slots
Friday 11th August 4-5pm. A slow vinyasa flow which will leave you feeling refreshed and mellow
Saturday 19th August 7pm. Blast off with The Rocket! A dynamic yet accessible sequence adapted from the first 3 Astanga Vinyasa series, the Rocket has something for everyone. There will be opportunities to explore inversions and arm balances but equally, take it at your own pace with modifications to suit. This sequence encourages a fun, playful yet strong, and invigorating yoga practice.
You can book day passes or come for the whole weekend. It really is a very special place and there will be a whole host of wellness activities to choose from including the amazing Tom & his SaunaBox. Along with food, drink and DJ entertainment this is going to be a fantastic experience. I hope to see you there!
I’m off to Wales in a few weeks for some more waterside activity and a bit of a break. From September look out for new offerings, classes, workshops and 1-1’s.
