A warm (well, warmer than January!) welcome to all subscribers. I hope you are enjoying the signs of spring as much as I am. My most exciting bit of news I have to share in this post is that I’ve moved! I am living in the most beautiful place surrounded by nature and wildlife. The best bit is that it isn’t out in the countryside, but a stones through from the city centre.
The reason I’m sharing this is that I will be running small group yoga classes and wellness days from this beautiful place. Stay tuned for more news on upcoming classes and day retreats from April onward…
Two Week Introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
A 2-week Introduction for yogis who want to start a regular Ashtanga self Practice, but don't know where to begin.
Developing a yoga self-practice allows you to bring your yoga with you wherever you are in the world. Ashtanga is a powerful practice that rapidly builds strength, flexibility, physical stamina and mental focus, concentration, and clarity. Over time, what appears to be a physical based practice, becomes a moving meditation, which improves people’s ability to enjoy each day and manage whatever life throws at them.
This 2-week introduction course will help you develop the tools to start to confidently build your own self-practice. You will also feel the positive impact on your life of regular morning practice. Your 2-week introduction will take place in the studio alongside other yogis on the same journey as you.
Prior yoga practice is recommended although no experience of Ashtanga is necessary.
