28/1 How to make your Vinyasa really flow - Vinyasa flow master class and technique workshop. Drawing from the principles of Flow Psychology this workshop will give you the elements you need to create a truly satisfying experience for your students. There will also be a short seminar on yoga history covering the roots of Vinyasa Flow.
25/2 The Embodied Voice - vocal coaching for yoga teachers with guest teacher Caroline Gill SYT. This experiential day will help you to understand and integrate your vocal expression with your yoga practice and your teaching. It will build on your understanding of the body’s bio-mechanical and energetic anatomy in relation to the voice, through practices and knowledge drawn from yoga and other disciplines.
24/3 The Art of Touch. Principles of Hands on Adjustments and Assists. Learn how to center yourself in preparation to touch others, how to adjust a handful of basic poses and how to adapt for different body types. Includes introduction to Thai Yoga massage techniques suitable to give in Savasana..
28/4 . Deep Rest. Introducing principles of Restorative yoga, how to use props and how to create a restorative practice without! This will be a mini-retreat day for yoga teachers!
10-3pm all days please bring a packed lunch
All sessions include time to share and discuss the content as well as time for your own practice.
Also included in the course
a 30 minute 121 with Abby. This can be in person (where convenient) or remotely. I can also observe your teaching and give feedback/support if needed.

A 'surprise' Webinar (1.30 hours)
Further hours will be made up from your own practice/reflective journalling task.
